(Yicai Global) May 13 -- Commercial image provider Visual China Group has gotten back online after one month of laying low due to its attempts to claim copyright to the world's first-ever image of a black hole. Its stock has slumped.
Visual China has restarted its online operations after it paid CNY300,000 (USD44,000) in fines, the Beijing-based firm said in a statement yesterday.Its stock price [SHE:000681] has fallen during the shutdown to CNY19.5 (USD3) this morning, shaving nearly one-third off its market cap.
