(Yicai Global) Dec. 20 -- The number of China's social security card holders has now passed 1.3 billion, encompassing more than 93 percent of the country's population. The entire country is expected to be covered by 2025, the China News Agency reported, citing, data from the 20th Anniversary of Social Security Card meeting held in Shanghai today.
