(Yicai Global) Nov. 11 -- Advanced drones and anti-drone devices are on display at the 14th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, better known as Airshow China, which kicked off in Zhuhai, southern Guangdong province, on Nov. 8.

More than 740 firms from 43 countries and regions are participating in the event, both online and offline, through Nov. 13.

A drone called Tianying, or ‘Skyhawk,’ stands on the tarmac at Airshow China.

The GJ-2, a long-endurance drone for combat and reconnaissance at high and medium altitudes, had its first demonstration flight at the airshow.

The WZ-10, a high-altitude long endurance unmanned aerial vehicle for combat and reconnaissance.

The Wing Loong-2 drone is another highlight of this year’s event.

An on-board tactical laser weapon system that intercepts ‘low, slow and small’ targets such as small-sized drones made its airshow appearance.

An anti-drone system capable of intercepting micro and small UAVs that adopt swarm tactics.
