Robot Industry Weekly: New robot products continue to be launched, pay attention to the progress of the head
DATE:  Mar 15 2025

Market review: This week (March 10-March 16), the robot index underperformed the market. The CSI Robot Index fell 2.5%, underperforming the Shanghai Composite Index by 3.9 percentage points, the CSI 300 Index by 4.1 percentage points, and the ChiNext Index by 3.5 percentage points.

Zhiyuan released the Qiyuan large model GO-1, and the VLA evolved to ViLLA. GO-1 uses the groundbreaking Vision-Language-Latent-Action (ViLLA) architecture, which consists of VLM (Multimodal Large Model) + MoE (Hybrid Expert): VLM obtains general scene perception and language understanding capabilities with the help of massive Internet graphic data; The MoE-Latent Planner (implicit planner) uses a large amount of video data across ontology and human manipulation to obtain general motion understanding capabilities; MoE-Action Expert (action expert) uses millions of real machine data to obtain fine motor execution ability. The three are interlocking, realizing the use of human video learning, completing the rapid generalization of small samples, lowering the threshold of embodied intelligence, and successfully deploying to a variety of Zhiyuan robot ontologies, which can migrate between different robot forms, quickly adapt to different ontologies, and continue to evolve.

Yuejiang Robotics released the embodied intelligent humanoid robot Dobot Atom. On March 11, Yuejiang Robotics released the world's first embodied intelligent humanoid robot DobotAtom that realizes "dexterous operation + straight knee walking" at the same time. With a height of 1.53 meters and a weight of 62 kg, Dobot Atom adopts a 1:1 humanoid arm configuration design, with 41 degrees of freedom throughout the body, and is equipped with a 7-degree-of-freedom industrial-grade bionic collaborative arm with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, which is suitable for the highly dexterous operation of common 700-1000mm workbenches, and has the ability to pass stably on industrial sites. Dobot Atom's dexterous operation capability comes from the self-developed neural drive dexterity operating system NDS, which adopts a transformer-based model architecture to achieve end-to-end autonomous inference operations with 28 upper limb degrees of freedom through humanoid binocular RGB vision drive, and can achieve high-frequency silky control at 200Hz. Dobot Atom's gait walking ability is based on the humanoid straight knee walking system AWS, which combines human-like biomechanics and imitation learning + reinforcement learning neural network to learn from real human action data to generate a highly anthropomorphic full-body movement strategy, and the energy consumption of straight knee walking is reduced by 42% compared with the traditional knee bending, which greatly extends the continuous operation time of the robot.

Leisai releases the DH series of dexterous hand solutions. The series of solutions includes 11, 20, 24 degrees of freedom and other models, covering a variety of application scenarios such as industrial, commercial and home. The first model will be in trial production and test sales from Q2. The first "universal" DH116 dexterous hand solution, with 11 degrees of freedom (6 of which are active degrees of freedom), 6 tactile sensors as standard, a world-leading maximum load of 40Kg, and a dead weight of only 490 grams, is especially suitable for high-volume, low-cost application scenarios such as industrial automation and commercial automation. The DH series of dexterous hands has broad application prospects, mainly for four types of scenarios: humanoid robots, quadruped robot dogs, mobile robots, and collaborative robots.

UBTECH joined hands with the national team to release the full-scale scientific research humanoid robot "Tiangongwalker", priced at 299,000 yuan.

On March 12, UBTECH and Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center released a full-scale scientific research and education humanoid robot Tiangongxing, which not only has strong performance but is only 299,000 yuan, reshaping the scientific research and education ecology of humanoid robots with high cost performance. At present, Tiangong Walker is open for pre-order, and deliveries will begin in the second quarter. Tiangong Xinger is the industry's first scientific research-grade humanoid robot within 300,000 yuan, with six high characteristics of high bionic, high strength, high performance, high stability, high expansion and high openness.

Financing News: Eonwoo announced the completion of a 50 million yuan Series A financing. The financing funds will be mainly used for core technology research and development and production capacity expansion. Ebest Technology focuses on the R&D and production of high-performance integrated micro servo joints. Yiyu Technology has taken the lead in completing the mass production of related products in China, with shipments of 30,000 sets in 2024, which have been adopted by many leading humanoid robot companies in China. At the same time, EonU is also the designated supplier for the mass production of the A2 series of Zhiyuan Robot. At present, Enonu has established production bases in Wuxi Xishan and Shanghai Zhangjiang, and the total production capacity is expected to reach 180,000 sets in 2025.
