The CCM3310SQ-T quantum security chip is designed with the 32-bit CPU security core CS0 with independent intellectual property rights of Guoxin, which has the characteristics of low power consumption, high performance, multi-function and high security. It supports international algorithms such as DES, AES, SHA, RSA, ECC, and national cryptography algorithms such as SM1, SM2, SM3, SM4, and SM9, with a typical working frequency of 60MHz, and supports secure firmware, which is convenient for implanting quantum security in various applications. The chip is available in a QFN32 package with a size of 4×4mm.

CCM3310SQ-T quantum security chip built-in quantum random number generator WT-QRNG300, the quantum random number generator has been tested by the Commercial Cryptography Testing Center of the State Cryptography Administration, with a random number generation rate of 20MHZ, using the quantum tunneling effect of the avalanche diode to produce unpredictable dark noise as a quantum noise source, and then generate a quantum random number after sampling through the internal circuit, at -10~+The operating temperature range of 85°C can ensure that the randomness of the data is not disturbed by the external physical environment.
