According to the third quarter report of 2024 recently disclosed by China General Number (688009), in the third quarter, the company achieved operating income of 6.564 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 760 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.33%.

In the first three quarters of 2024, the company's net cash flow from operating activities was 3.401 billion yuan, an increase of 4.201 billion yuan year-on-year. In the first three quarters of 2024, the company's gross profit margin was 30.06%, up 4.73 percentage points year-on-year, and its net profit margin was 13.08%, up 1.1 percentage points year-on-year.

In the first three quarters of this year, the overseas business of China General Number achieved revenue of 1.77 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 65.90%; The railway market achieved revenue of 12.029 billion yuan, an increase of 2.19% over the same period of the previous year, which is its main source of operating income.

China General Number clearly develops low-altitude airspace control, UAV manufacturing, and service operation, and builds an industrial pattern of "three industries and one state" of low-altitude economic ecology. Recently, the company has accelerated the layout of low-altitude economic fields.

On October 22, Lou Qiliang, chairman of the company, and his party went to Xiong'an New Area to talk with Zhang Guohua, chairman of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Xiong'an New Area. The two sides reached a consensus on the "orbit + low-altitude" development model, and jointly planned the construction of low-altitude platforms, industrial layout and demonstration applications. At the meeting, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

On October 23, the company held the low-altitude economic academician forum and the unveiling ceremony of the general number low-altitude intelligent technology co., LTD. Four academicians, Tian Hongqi, Liu Shanghe, Wang Yaonan and You Xiaohu, attended the meeting and shared the latest research results on the major technical problems faced by the development of low-altitude economy. Lou Qiliang pointed out that the company should explore the integrated development path of "low-altitude + rail" to support the construction of the national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network, adhere to innovation-driven and work with academicians and experts to create a five-in-one joint innovation ecology of airspace control, low-altitude communication, perception countermeasures, digital base, and UAV, and accelerate the construction of the standard system.

On October 24, China Tonghao Urban Transportation Co., Ltd. signed a low-altitude economic strategic cooperation agreement with the Beijing Urban Sub-center Management Committee and the Tongzhou District Government. According to the agreement, China General Signal will work with the sub-center of the city to create 38 low-altitude application scenarios in the fields of cultural tourism and urban management, and build a digital low-altitude flight control platform and other infrastructure with the support of the low-altitude airspace intelligent control system ID-Space, so as to promote the development of low-altitude economy.

On October 26, Lou Qiliang was invited as a special guest to participate in the "2024 Taihu Bay Wuxi Low-altitude Economic Innovation and Development Conference". Lou Qiliang said that it is necessary to focus on building a three-dimensional transportation network jointly composed of low-altitude transportation, ground transportation and subway transportation, adhere to the innovation of low-altitude scenes, dig deep into the market product demand, and adhere to the development of "electrification, verticalization, unmanned, miniaturization" of the UAV four directions, adhere to the standard first, and give priority to the construction of the standard system. At the meeting, CASCO and Communication Information Group, both subsidiaries of the company, signed strategic cooperation agreements with Wuxi Municipal Transportation Bureau.

Previously, Changsha Architectural Design Institute, a subsidiary of China General Signal, successfully won the bid for the survey and design project of Nan'an City Air Mobility Operation Center and Nan'an Aviation Town Comprehensive Service Center in Fujian Province. The design content of the project covers unit modules such as low-altitude flight command center, waiting reception center, hangar and maintenance center, take-off and landing platform and related supporting facilities. This project is the first low-altitude economic infrastructure design project since China competed for the low-altitude economic track. Previously, China General Signal has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Nanjing, Suzhou, Hefei, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Nan'an in Fujian and other cities on the development of low-altitude economy.

It is understood that at present, a number of subsidiaries of China General Number have obtained the "Civil Unmanned Aircraft Operation Certificate" and other qualifications. On August 1, the first flight of Nanjing eVTOL aircraft above tonnage in the Yangtze River was held in Pukou High-tech Zone. For the first time, China General Signal released the self-developed low-altitude airspace intelligent management and control system ID-Space1.0 to escort the fusion flight of eVTOL aircraft, P4 vertical fixed-wing UAVs, and multi-rotor UAVs. Market participants expect that low-altitude economy-related businesses are expected to have a positive impact on the company's performance.
