(Yicai Global) June 4 -- A young Chinese entrepreneur claimed today that he had won the bidding for this year's Power Lunch with Warren Buffett and will have an opportunity to sit down with the US financial legend to talk investment and life experience.

Justin Sun, who was born in 1990,announced his victory today on China's Twitter-like Weibo social media. He is a founder of a blockchain technology startup, public data show.

This year's Power Lunch with Warren Buffett winning bid cost USD4.57 million, a historic high, more than the USD3.50 million previous record set in 2012 and 2016.
