(Yicai Global) Oct. 31 -- Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management released the list of the members of its Advisory Committee for the academic year from 2017 to 2018.

The newly-added names include Michael Dell, chairman and chief executive of Dell Technologies Inc. [NYSE:DVMT]; Bayerische Motoren Werke AG [XETRA:BMW] CEO Harald Krüger; Masayoshi Son, the legal representative, chairman and CEO of SoftBank Group Corp. [TYO:9984]; and Ratan N. Tata, honorary chairman of Tata Sons Ltd., Tata Industries Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd. [NYSE:TTM], Tata Steel Ltd.[NSE:TATASTEEL] and Tata Chemicals Ltd. [NSE:TATACHEM].

Six leaders from the world's top ten companies by market capitalization are on the School of Economics and Management's Advisory Committee -- Apple Inc. [NASDAQ:AAPL] CEO Tim Cook, Microsoft Corp. [NASDAQ:MSFT] CEO Satya Nadella, Facebook Inc. [NASDAQ:FB] CEO Mark Zuckerberg, JPMorgan Chase & Co. [NYSE:JPM] Jamie Dimon, Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. [NYSE:BABA] founder Jack Ma  and Tencent Holdings Ltd. [HK:0700] CEO Pony Ma.
