(Yicai Global) Jan. 10 -- A unit under Shijiazhuang Changshan Beiming Technology Co. plans to team up with Tencent Holdings Ltd.'s cloud division to unveil the former's self-developed online dispute resolution platform for minor legal battles.
Hebei-based Beiming Software Co. signed a deal yesterday with Tencent Cloud Computing Beijing Co., which owns and operates the tech giant's public cloud and offers services to governments, Beiming Technology said in a statement the same day.
The dispute resolution platform will offer consulting, assessments, mediation, arbitration and the opportunity to file lawsuits, and will provide professional, credible channels to resolve disputes anywhere, anytime, Beiming Software claims on its website.
The move aims to push innovation at the firm and help it offer diversified resolutions to social disputes using Tencent's leading cloud technology and its social network WeChat. By combining Tencent's cloud and related products with Beiming Software's products, the agreement will also cover Big Data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
