(Yicai Global) June 6 -- The first handset tailored for fifth-generation wireless network communication produced by TCL Communication Equipment will enter the market soon.

The phone, which Huizhou, Guangdong province-based TCL Communication developed in tandem with Hong Kong-headquartered China  Mobile, has a peak download capability of 1 gigabytes per second and a powerful 4000  milliamp per hour battery, the media portal under Chinese tech titan  Tencent reported.

China issued the nation's first batch of 5G mobile telecommunication service licenses today, thus signaling the start of a new era for the nation's telecommunications sector.
