(Yicai Global) Feb. 8 -- To hunt for proper merger and acquisition targets, South Huiton Co. signed a two-year cooperation framework agreement with professional UK investment firm Amane Advisors & Partners Ltd., the Chinese membrane water treatment service supplier announced yesterday.

South Huiton, formed in 1999 and based in Guiyang, capital of China's southwestern Guizhou province, has retained Amane Advisors to find proper M&A targets in the environmental protection field and provide it with after-investment services at need, per the announcement.

Amane Advisors will also discover new sources of demand based on South Huiton's markets, furnish market survey reports, market expansion guides and recommendations by its key partners, while facilitating cooperation and coordinating local resources, the announcement recited.

The parties will determine detailed expenses and payment for services based on specific projects, and the cooperation will help South Huiton find project resources to accelerate its external development in conformity with its overall planning strategy, per the announcement.
