(Yicai Global) Dec. 12 -- Shixisheng, a Chinese recruitment platform which exploits artificial intelligence and Big Data, has completed its A+ funding round worth tens of millions of yuan to improve its core AI algorithm and update other technologies, online media outlet 36Kr reported.

Susquehanna International Group led the round with support from 10Fund, who also invested in the last round.

Shixisheng began as an intern hiring site, but has expanded to encompass campus recruitment campaigns, online presentation services for fresh graduates, helping students returning from overseas find jobs and providing pre-employment education and consultation.

Potential users include those looking for their first internship or those who graduated in the past few years, said Chen Junyu, co-founder and chief operating officer. The average user lifecycle is five to six years.

Corporate users focus on how efficiently and precisely interns are hired, Chen added. The success rate of its student recommendations reached 80 percent after it began using Big Data and AI.

The firm raised CNY10 million (USD1.5 million) in its A-round financing, all supplied by 10Fund. It raised CNY5 million in its pre-A round and CNY1 million in its angel funding.
