(Yicai Global) Dec. 25 -- Some 153 new projects broke ground in Shenzhen in the fourth quarter and the total investment reached CNY110.2 billion (USD15.8 billion).

The total includes 111 infrastructure projects, 28 urban upgrades, and 14 industrial development ones, Xinhua News Agency reported today. 

This year, the southern special economic zone has kicked off 674 projects with a total investment of CNY516.9 billion.
