(Yicai Global) Feb. 25 -- Police in Taiyuan, China's Shanxi province, have arrested a man surnamed Guo who lured worried citizens into paying a total CNY8.4 million (USD1.2 million) for face masks that never existed, CCTV reported today. Guo used group chats on Tencent Holdings' WeChat app to find his marks, who were looking to protect themselves against the COVID-19 outbreak.
