The second was a woman from Zhejiang province who had been studying in Spain. She departed Madrid on March 11 and arrived at the Pudong airport the next day after transiting through Moscow. She was also isolated upon arrival.

A total of 70 people with close contacts with the four infections from Italy verified yesterday have been traced and are now confined in observation facilities, the commission said.

Among all the city's patients, three have died, nine are in critical condition and 324 have fully recovered and left hospital. A further 16 are stable, while another 25 suspected cases are still undergoing tests.
