(Yicai Global) Feb. 17 -- Shanghai's passenger traffic and production will gradually get back to normal next week, the Shanghai Health Commission's spokesperson said at a press conference today.

Some 21 novel coronavirus patients have been discharged from hospitals today to bring the total to 161 while the recovery rate is nearly 50 percent in the eastern city, Zheng Jin added.
