(Yicai Global) March 26 -- Some 205 cinemas in Shanghai will open their doors again on March 28 while consumers can enjoy ticket discounts, an official at the eastern city said in a press conference today. More post-virus cinemas will reopen later.

Till April 26, moviegoers can purchase tickets on Alibaba Group Holding's Taopiaopiao platform with a CNY10 (USD1.40) subsidy. Each user may buy four subsidized tickets and the city's daily total is 20,000 discounted tickets.
