(Yicai Global) Feb. 11 -- Shanghai's city government has asked state property owners to relieve small- and medium-sized enterprises of their rent for February and March to help curb the effect of the coronavirus outbreak on their businesses.

Property owners should consider offering further support for those still struggling after the discount, the local State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee said today.
