(Yicai Global) July 10 -- A travel service company affiliated to the Shanghai Railway Bureau will organize 76 railway tours for tourism purposes only in the second half of this year. Shanghai residents will be able to join such tours to visit nearby Zhejiang and Anhui provinces, westernmost Xinjiang, northernmost Mohe in Heilongjiang and even Russia.

Shanghai Railway International Travel (Group) Co., which is affiliated to the Shanghai Railway Bureau, plans to offer 76 railway tours for tourists, the Shanghai-based Laodong Daily reported. They will include train trips to Xinjiang, Shenzhen and Mohe, high-speed train trips to Chongqing, Jinhua, Wenzhou and Ningbo and trips to Siberia in Russia, which will be launched by the bureau in partnership with the national railway bureau of Russia.

The company offered 49 train tours dedicated to tourists traveling from Shanghai to Chengdu, Luoyang, Mount Huangshan, Yichun and Anqing in the first half of the year, serving a total of 30,608 visitors.
