(Yicai Global) Dec. 4 -- A 15 meter tall wastewater tank has left nine dead and injured more than a dozen after collapsing at a dyeing factory in Haining, Zhejiang province, yesterday, the local government reported this morning.

Rescue efforts will continue until authorities can confirm nobody is left in the rubble, said Wang Jiankun, deputy secretary of the Haining Party Committee. An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway, he added.
