(Yicai Global) March 21 -- Guangdong Senssun Weighing Apparatus Group Ltd. signed a framework agreement with China's second-largest e-commerce company JD.Com Inc. to receive strong support in brand image, product promotion and e-commerce services.

Senssun and JD signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement yesterday, said a statement from the manufacturer of smart personal healthcare products, to pave the way for a comprehensive future deal, under which JD will set up an independent official online store for the former, with self-operating e-commerce capabilities. It will also provide Senssun with warehousing, distribution, customer and after-sales services.

The two sides will also cooperate in Big Data, cloud, self-stocking, joint brand promotion and integrated one-stop e-commerce solutions, the statement added.

Senssun produces intelligent personal devices, including smart home scales and smart wearable devices, shows publicly available information.
