(Yicai Global) Feb. 26 -- Liu He, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China's Central Committee, will visit the United States from Feb. 27 to March 3, China's Foreign Ministry confirmed today.

The two sides will exchange views on China-US ties and their economic and trade cooperation, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang told media in Beijing.

Liu is also the director of the General Office of the Central Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs. Liu attended the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2018 in Davos, Switzerland last month.
