(Yicai Global) Oct. 12 -- Water meter manufacturer Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co. [SHE:300066], Huawei Software Technologies Co. and a Huawei Technologies Co. unit have signed a cooperation agreement to boost development of cloud computing and the Internet of Things.

The agreement states that Huawei Software will make its nationwide cloud network nodes available to Sanchuan Wisdom and support its business plans and system architecture. Sanchuan will gradually migrate its business to Huawei Software's public cloud, which will help the latter expand its cloud services, the water meter maker said today.

Huawei Software is a leading supplier in information and communication solutions, its strengths lie in its powerful brand, technology, and cloud network coverage. Sanchuan hopes to make use of Huawei's intelligent technology for its water meters.
