(Yicai Global) Nov. 27 -- China imported 4.65 million tons of crude oil from Russia last month, representing a 1.9-percent annual decline. Russia has preserved its lead over Saudi Arabia as China's top crude oil suppliers for eight months in a row, data China's General Administration of Customs released on Nov. 24 shows.

China imported 4.61 million tons of oil from Saudi Arabia last month, marking an annual increase of 16 percent.

China brought in 3.566 million tons of oil from Angola last month, representing a 45.3-percent increase over the previous year. It imported 2.91 million tons from Iran and 2.649 million tons from Iraq, marking declines of 11 percent and 28.7 percent, respectively. The 879,000 tons China brought in from the US was on par with last year's volume.
