(Yicai Global) March 21 -- Chinese internet management equipment and service provider Ruijie Networks plans to set up a wholly-owned Japanese unit to expand its business channels and bolster its products' competitiveness overseas.
The subsidiary to be formed in Tokyo will have registered capital of JPY66 million (USD600,000), and will import, export and sell computer, communications and other electronics equipment and provide information and communications technology security services, Ruijie Networks' parent Fujian Xingwang Ruijie Communication announced yesterday.
This move will help Fuzhou, Fujian province-based Ruijie Networks embark on long-term stable cooperation with Japanese customers, attract more domestic partners to its side and enjoy local vendor services, per the announcement.
