(Yicai Global) Dec. 28 -- IdeaMake, an online marketing service provider which serves real estate developers in China, raised CNY26 million (USD3.9 million) in A + round of financing and the funds will be used mainly for development and expansion of sales channels, online news outlet 36kr reported.

Cowin Capital led this round of financing for IdeaMake that provides consumers with simple and efficient internet house viewing service and assists real estate developers in precision marketing through online platforms.

With 3D production as core technology, IdeaMake offers portfolio services including 3D display, distribution and data tracking for real estate developers.

Leveraging on the strong messaging app, WeChat, IdeaMake can accurately introduce information about sand table, location, sample room, surrounding landscape and other 3D models to customers, along with models' rendering effects, IdeaMake's CEO Peng Shuangquan said.
