(Yicai Global) Dec. 12 -- Pingan Capital, the equity investment platform of Ping An Insurance Group Company of China, has become a shareholder of Shanghai-based Wind Information, the Shanghai Securities News confirmed with insiders today.

Neither party has officially announced this transaction and the amount of investment and price are thus far unknown.
