(Yicai Global) Feb. 27 -- More than 30 percent of China's small and medium-sized enterprises have resumed work after the Chinese New Year holidays were extended due to the Covid-19 outbreak, according to a vice minister.
The government has sought to ease SMEs' plight by lowering interest rates, deferring fees, and cutting energy costs, Zhang Kejian at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said at a press conference today.
