(Yicai Global) Oct.30 -- "Yidinghuo," one of the products of Shenzhen Ewin Cloud Computing Ltd., which is used as mobile customer ordering software and system, has secured USD10 million B++ round financing, led by Sinovation Ventures, an investor in the company's B+ round financing. Coupled with this round, Yidinghuo has now completed five financing stages in three rounds, raising a total of CNY200 million (USD30.1 million), PEdaily.cn reported today.

Founded in 2013, Yidinghuo is the first business to business (B2B) mobile customer ordering system in China. It is positioned as an omni-channel marketing "Software as a Service" (SaaS) provider. With order processing as its core, it is aimed at helping enterprises rapidly build an omni-channel marketing interactive platform on which the whole e-commerce procedures and links, including the management of business opportunities and control of distribution, commodity promotion, order processing, storage and procurement, fund account checking, payment and logistics, as well as decision-making analysis, can be handled as one-stop service center.

Yidinghuo has so far grasped the largest market share in the mobile goods ordering software field in China. Taking more than 1.1 million enterprises on board, it boasts a user base of more than 1 million users in the upstream and downstream industrial link that spans 12 major industries, including restaurant chain, fresh food and agricultural trade, and food and beverages.

Yidinghuo's gross merchandise volume (GMV) approached CNY10 billion in the first half of 2017 and is expected to reach CNY50 billion throughout 2017 with nearly 10 million orders expected to be placed. The company's sales revenue in the first half of 2017 has surpassed 120 percent of last year's earnings, steadily growing at 300 percent annually on the whole, said Feng Jie, founder and CEO of the company.
