(Yicai Global) Jan. 7 -- Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric will export CNY302 million (USD43.5 million) worth of smart electric meters to Saudi Arabia as part of the State Grid's USD1.1 billion smart meter and services deal to the Middle Eastern kingdom.
 

Ningbo Sanxing, which announced the deal yesterday. did not specify product amounts or specifications.
 

China Electric Power Equipment and Technology, the international engineering procurement construction business arm of the State Grid Corporation of China, signed a deal earlier to install over 5 million smart meters and accessories and provide operating services to Saudi Arabia's southwestern region.
