(Yicai Global) June 29 -- Nokia Shanghai Bell will work with China's top software developer Neusoft to investigate fifth-generation communication technology applications for the Internet of Vehicles, smart healthcare, smart city and Industrial Internet. The two signed a framework agreement to this end June 27 in Shanghai, Neusoft announced that day.

Chinese-foreign communications joint venture NSB exclusively operates Nokia's China platform, providing telecoms with information and communication services.

The two companies will team up to create new 5G network-based IOV and smart healthcare applications, and supply platform, application, terminal and operating services.

The cooperation will help Neusoft integrate 5G to strop its existing technological edge and exploit its experience in medical healthcare Cloud, IOV and smart city services, per the announcement.
