(Yicai Global) Sept. 4 -- Beijing Mobike Technology Co., which operates bike-sharing giant Mobike, has more than 100 million users in 170 cities across six countries, said Wang Xiaofeng, co-founder and chief executive.

The company hopes to be active in 200 cities by year-end, online media outlet TechWeb reported.

Wang made the remarks at the 2017 BRICS Business Forum held in Xiamen, in China's southeastern Fujian province, adding that Mobike is in talks with a number of BRICS countries and hopes to take its smart shared bikes to more users around the world.
