(Yicai Global) Sept.27 -- The locals will have access to more than 200 services of 20 categories in public, life and government affairs fields, just by calling hotline 12345 after "City Cloud Brain" is unveiled in Lanzhou, capital of northwest China's Gansu province.

Lanzhou municipality centralized 48 hotlines belonging to the government authorities and social service agencies on the platform 12345 by means of data information consolidation, reported gxnews.com.cn yesterday.

Lanzhou municipality consolidated 86 information units for unified information dissemination, distribution coordination and inquiry-handling to ensure citizens get services they need without having to make multiple calls to different departments.

Data from the hotline 12345 show that the new one-stop service number has so far received 2.47 million requests, of which 2.46 million cases have been settled, marking a settlement rate of 99.5 percent and citizen satisfaction rate of 92 percent.

Furthermore, the Big Data center will actively communicate and interface with meteorology and firefighting departments to explore mining, analysis and application of the Big Data for those departments and build meteorology database and firefighting safety digital grid management platform of Lanzhou municipality.

The management center of the 12345 hotline service platform has powerful data operation function, which can classify, file and distribute every piece of complaint and suggestion from citizens, and the staff will make a follow-up call after handling results are consolidated to enhance working efficiency of departments and better serve local citizens, said Wang Shen, director of public opinion department of Lanzhou municipal Big Data service management bureau.
