(Yicai Global) June 27 -- Shares in China's biggest distiller Kweichow Moutai hit a record high CNY1,001 (USD145.5) this morning, marking the first time a China-listed firm has ever surpassed the mille milestone.

Its share price had slid slightly to CNY998.04 going into the lunch break, still up 1.86 percent from yesterday's close. The blue chip has soared nearly 70 percent so far this year.
