Sept. 27 -- Japan may consider implementing a larger-scale economic stimulus plan in autumn and winter, Kohei Okazaki, chief market economist at Nomura Securities, said in an interview with Yicai. The momentum for corporate reform in Japan is gaining strength, he noted, adding that corporate governance measures will significantly impact the Japanese economy, and finding an optimal balance will be a crucial challenge for policymakers.
