(Yicai Global) May 13 -- The venture capital arm of California-based chip giant Intel has invested USD132 million in 11 startups, including three Chinese ones, according to The Paper.
The three firms include Zhejiang province-based digital pathology systemmaker Konfoong Biotech International, Jinan-headquartered design automation company ProPlus Electronics, and Quanzhou-based semiconductor materials firm Spectrum Materials, the report added, without disclosing the scale of investment.
Founded in 1991, Intel Capital, one of the world's most active VC institutions, has poured more than USD12.6 billion into companies around the world.
