(Yicai) Aug. 3 -- The floods affecting the city of Zhuozhou in China’s northern Hebei province are severe due to the combination of cold and warm air and the impact of typhoon Doksuri, with some villages deluged and rescuers taking to boats to navigate the streets.
Zhuozhou has set up emergency teams and is working with professional organizations, including the local garrison and private rescuers Blue Sky Rescue Team, to get help to where it is needed.
