(Yicai Global) Nov. 2 -- Nobel Prize laureates and Turing Award recipients delivered keynote speeches at the opening ceremony of the fourth World Laureates Forum held in Shanghai yesterday. The theme of the three-day event is Open Science: Build an Open Innovation Ecosystem.
