(Yicai Global) Oct. 14 -- Guests, experts and scholars, including representatives from regulatory authorities and top Chinese and foreign asset managers, came together yesterday to offer advice and suggestions at the 2021 Shanghai Global Asset Management Forum, which was co-hosted by Yicai Media Group and Bank of China.

A second edition of the Shanghai Guidebook for Overseas Asset Management Institutions was released during the forum. It is intended to help foreign assets managers eager to do business in Chinese cities, particularly Shanghai, make early-stage preparations.
Distinguished investors took part in a virtual dialogue. Among them were Oaktree Capital Management Co-Chairman Howard Marks, Schroder Investment Management’s Global Head of Distribution Lieven Debruyne, Amundi’s Chief Investment Officer Pascal Blanqué and Joseph V. Amato, president of Neuberger Berman Group and chief investment officer of equities.
