(Yicai) Sept. 22 -- About 10 expatriates yesterday visited the China International Industry Fair, one of the country’s leading industrial trade exhibitions, to exchange ideas, with many expressing their admiration for China’s recent industrial achievements.

The annual event, organized by the industry ministry, other government departments, and industry associations, is a platform for showcasing the latest developments in various sectors, promoting tech innovations, and fostering international cooperation in industry and manufacturing. It attracts exhibitors from both domestic and overseas businesses.

The 23rd CIIF runs from Sept. 19 to 24 in Shanghai. More than 2,800 companies, of which around 30 percent are foreign, will showcase their products on 300,000 square meters of space in nine exhibition areas, covering basic materials, components, advanced equipment, and solutions.
