(Yicai Global) June 2 -- Shanghai residents have taken steps toward life as it used to be as most parts of the eastern city have eased their Covid-19 restrictions after exiting the city's two-month lockdown.

The Bund, one of Shanghai’s touristic landmarks, was as popular as ever among runners on June 1.

Snack stores reopened with people lining up to buy breakfast.

Public transport is fully operational while passengers are required to wear face masks during their commute.

Roads are once again busy with traffic.

Barbershops are expected to have their calendars full as consumption and the service industry recover.
