(Yicai Global) June 19 -- Leading Chinese additive developer Forbon Technology has inked a deal with one of the world's largest fertilizer producers to provide technical services.

Forbon Tech has entered into a five-year partnership framework with Moroccan OCP Group, the Hubei province-based firm said in a statement, adding that they will ink a separate agreement regarding specific projects and exact prices.

The firm will provide targeted new technology and develop a tailormade anti-caking agent for OCP's nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium compound plant food products.

The enterprise will develop integrated monoammonium and diammonium phosphate production process solutions to improve the appearance of related OCP products drawing on its patented technologies. Forbon will also provide OCP with a customized concentrated superphoshpate (CSP) encapsulant to prevent moisture absorption and chalking in CSP-urea mixture storage and transportation, as well as a new solution involving the use of trace elements in the production of basic fertilizers.

The deal also involves the provision of intelligent compost preparation machines and soil testing services for OCP, enabling it to produce smart blending fertilizers on a large-scale.
