(Yicai Global) Feb. 24 -- The mayor  and vice mayor of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in China's southwestern Yunnan  province were laid off after the region's administration illegally seized nine  packages of face masks destined for Chongqing.
The medical apparel was finally  delivered to the right destination, the tourism region's website said in a  statement days ago.
Some 13 have been infected with  Covid-19 in Dali but all, except for one of them, have been discharged from  hospitals by yesterday.
