(Yicai Global) Sept. 21 -- Shanghai Joyu Culture Communication Co., Zhejiang Tourism Group Co., Nanjing Fullshare Industrial Holding Group Co. and ResPublic Group Co. jointly established a USD1.52 billion (CNY 10 billion) fund to promote the development of the tourism industry in Zhejiang province and China.

The fund will invest in intellectual property in the sector in areas such as scenic areas, gourmet food, travel, shopping and literature creation with a focus on new types of travel operations.

ResPublic offers industrial financial services, and its registered capital is CNY2 billion.
