(Yicai Global) Sept. 4 -- Heilan Home Co. [SHA: 600398], a large clothing enterprise, based in East China's Jiangsu province, struck an agreement with e-commerce giant, Alibaba (China) Co. on Sept. 1.
The parties will cooperate in-depth in brand construction, channel management and product innovation.
The contract is valid from Aug. 30, 2017 to Dec. 31, 2019, Heilan Home's announcement indicates. Alibaba will help Heilan Home realize digital transformation via its advantages in marketing, Big Data technology and consumer operation.
Alibaba's Tmall and Taobao e-commerce websites will provide marketing services and resources to Heilan Home's brands to develop potential users and improve brand influence. Heilan Home will provide sufficient support for these websites with products, data and advertising expenditures.
The cooperation with Alibaba will push comprehensive integration of its business and internet, said Heilan Home. The improvement of innovative and application ability in the e-commerce field conforms to Heilan Home's strategic objective of creating a fashion industry ecosphere and brand operating platform.
Heilan Home mainly makes and sells men's apparel, including high-grade worsted, high-grade suits and occupational apparel. Heilan now has 4,237 stores, data show.
