(Yicai Global) Aug. 8 -- CITIC Group's investment management arm CITIC Capital has raised USD2.8 billion for its fourth buyout fund, CITIC Capital China Partners IV, China Venture reported today.

The new fund is the largest one CITIC Capital's private equity department has ever raised, boosting its total assets to over USD26 billion, the report added.
