Chinese Property Firms Invested 10.5% More on Development in First Eight Months(Yicai Global) Sept. 16 -- Chinese real estate companies invested almost CNY8.5 trillion (USD1.2 trillion) from January through August, up 10.5 percent annually, the National Bureau of Statistics said today.
The growth rate was 0.1 percentage point below the figure for the first seven months, the NBS added.
Commercial housing sales through the first two thirds rose 6.7 percent on the year to CNY9.5 trillion.
