(Yicai Global) Jan. 19 -- China's mainland stock markets ended the morning session mixed with the financial and property sectors' gains in Shanghai and technology shares' decline in Shenzhen.
The Shanghai Composite Index remained unchanged at 3,596.1 by the lunch break. The Star Market Board 50 Index fell 1.23 percent to 1,462.99.
The Shenzhen Component Index slid 0.75 percent to 15,154.90. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, dropped 0.77 percent to 3,125.08.
Financial companies' shares rose over 1 percent, and property equities climbed by 1.7 percent.
