(Yicai Global) June 7 -- China's largest internet security company Qihoo 360 Technology will prioritize photos from a unit of marketing agency Visual China Group, which owns Getty Images China, in search hits.

Qihoo, the operator of 360 Browser, signed a cooperation agreement with Tianjin-based Hanhua Yimei Image Technology, under which the pair will partner in the fields of photo search, big data sharing, advertising and visual content licensing, the Beijing-based online security firm said.

With the deal, VCG has entered partnerships with China's three leading search engine companies; Baidu, Sogou and Qihoo 360, which will have a positive impact on the Beijing-based marketing firm's development, added the statement. China's largest browser was Alibaba's UC Browser last year with a 15-percent market cap, followed by QQ Browser with a 10-percent share, according to online visitor data website Statcounter.

Qihoo 360, founded in 2014, got delisted from the New York Stock Exchange in June 2016 due to claims of undervaluation. The firm announced a backdoor listing deal in Shanghai in November last year, which pumped its market cap sevenfold to CNY385 billion (USD62 billion).
