(Yicai Global) July 23 -- China’s biggest delegation to an overseas Olympic Games has arrived in Tokyo and the country’s elite sportsmen and women have begun practicing ahead of the grand opening tonight after a year’s delay.

Some 431 athletes will take part in 225 events in 30 sports. The only sports in which the country is not represented are surfing, baseball, software and handball.
